About the role
Alpha Consultants is inviting C2C submissions for a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions. This six-month remote engagement involves custom development, automation, integrations and collaboration with architects, stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and automation.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimise Salesforce applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders and technical teams.

Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including CRM development and customisation.
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
- Salesforce Flows and automation.
- SOQL, SOSL and Salesforce data modelling.
- REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Data migration and deployment.
- Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Agile and Scrum delivery experience.
