About the role

Key responsibilities
- Lead compliance program design for customers, including framework selection, scope definition, and control mapping.
- Conduct gap assessments using client’s AI-generated analysis and provide prioritised remediation roadmaps.
- Review and validate control descriptions, ensuring they are auditor-ready and aligned with framework requirements.
- Advise customers on evidence collection strategies and acceptable documentation standards.
- Prepare customers for external audits, including mock audit walkthroughs and auditor liaison support.
- Design and configure cross-framework mappings for customers managing multiple compliance programmes (e.g., SOC 2 + ISO 27001 + HIPAA).
- Provide escalation support for complex compliance questions from Junior Specialists.

Skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, information security, or internal audit.
- Deep working knowledge of at least two major frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, or GDPR.
- Experience preparing organisations for and supporting external compliance audits.
- Strong understanding of IT general controls, access management, change management, and security operations.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical controls into business-friendly language.
- Professional certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or CCSK/CCAK.
