Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation using Java.
- Create RestAssured coverage for APIs and microservices.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and database testing.
- Integrate automated tests with Jenkins or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain traceable test evidence and communicate release risk to stakeholders.
- Help improve regression coverage and repeatable quality practices.

Skills and experience
- Five to seven years of quality-engineering experience.
- Strong Selenium, Java, RestAssured and API testing skills.
- Working knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and TestNG or JUnit.
- Experience building maintainable automation frameworks.
- Practical understanding of test design, defect reporting and release validation.
- Ability to investigate failures and communicate reproducible evidence.
- Recent experience relevant to QA Automation Engineer - Selenium, Java and RestAssured work in a client or delivery environment.
