About the role
Alpha Consultants is hiring an experienced non-IT recruiter for an on-site position in Zirakpur. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment across active client mandates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Coordinate screening, interviews, offers and joining follow-up.
- Support client communication and relationship management.

What we are looking for
- Three to four years of recruitment and staffing industry experience.
- Experience hiring across manufacturing, logistics, BFSI, healthcare, sales, finance, HR or operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates in a target-driven environment.
