Key responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of client integrations with customer systems including cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), DevOps tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jira), and HRIS/MDM systems.
- Configure OAuth 2.0 connections and API-based evidence collection workflows.
- Map customer data sources to client control requirements and evidence fields.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, API errors, and data synchronisation problems.
- Document integration configurations and create customer-specific runbooks.
- Work with customers to understand their technical environment and recommend optimal integration approaches.
- Collaborate with client engineering team on integration feature requests and bug reports.

Skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or solutions engineering.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and data integration patterns.
- Experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) at an administrative level.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with JSON, API documentation, and Postman or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex integration issues.
- Strong customer communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
